Home care for Sydney's Chinese-Australian families
Lovin Care provides bilingual aged care services across Sydney's North and North-West. Our Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking team delivers professional care that respects your family's culture, language, and values.

What is the Support at Home program?
The Australian Government funds home care for eligible older Australians through the Support at Home program. Government funding may cover part or all of your care costs, depending on your assessment.
How funding works
The government assesses your care needs and assigns a funding level (Categories 1–4). This funding pays for services like personal care, nursing, transport, meals, and home modifications. You choose an approved provider, like Lovin Care, to deliver your services.
Note: Our bilingual team can guide you through My Aged Care in Mandarin or Cantonese, from your first call to your first service.
Who is eligible?
- —Aged 65 or older (50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)
- —Living in Australia and an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- —Needing help to remain living at home safely
- —Assessed by My Aged Care (call 1800 200 422)
Not sure if you or a loved one qualifies? Our team can walk you through the assessment process in Mandarin, Cantonese, or English.
